We wanted to create a better cleaning solution for the environment and so we use an industrial steam machine for the majority of our cleaning challenges.
Our dry steam cleaning method uses only water to effectively clean and sanities. with 135-degree steam, germs and bacteria are effectively destroyed without the need for harsh or abrasive chemicals.

Encapsulates our commitment to sustainability at Eco Steam Clean. we conscientiously use water in all our cleaning processes to minimize wastage.
What we do
- We take initial readings to assess the humidity levels in the property before we begin the process of pre-spraying all the affected areas with a non-toxic solutions spray.
- Eco Steam use low moisture steam at a high temperature to loosen the mould right at the core and kill any bacteria. We then use fresh, dry microfibre cloths to wipe away the mould. Where the mould is stubborn, we utilise a soft bristle brush to agitate the mould. The area is thus sterilised and wiped dry.
- As mould can grow in places we cannot see such as wall cavities and ceiling fixtures we may also use our specialised ULV fogging machine to get into all those hard-to-reach places.
- Once the job has been completed we will do a follow-up check of your premises to check the humidity levels and to see if any further treatment is required.
