Not Your Average Cleaners
Welcome to Eco Steam. We are a family-run, eco-friendly, deep cleaning company based in the North East. Founded by Rachael and Temur Kuronboev in 2020, Eco Steam was born out of a desire to make a positive change to the cleaning industry.
Our story began when Temur and Rachael moved back to the UK after spending 5 years living in Kuala Lumpur.. Temur found that he had a common allergy to European dust mites which are highly dominant in most UK households due to the amount of soft furnishings and carpets. His allergies would then aggravate his asthma, and a vicious circle would prevail. After looking into natural alternatives to cleaning, they struggled to find deep cleaning companies that were mindful towards allergens, asthma and the environment. Thus, Eco Steam became the solution. We now provide deep cleaning services across the North East for a multitude of requirements; from families looking to switch to eco-friendly alternatives to commercial businesses working towards their net zero goals - we provide the same effective cleaning service with minimal use of strong chemicals.
Our Mission
The cleaning industry is fraught with environmental consequences. We wanted to create a better cleaning solution for the environment and the health of our clients and employees. After a huge amount of research into alternative cleaning methods, we created Eco Steam, a North East based cleaning service centred around using the versatility and power of steam to effectively clean, refresh and sanitise. Our services cover everything from upholstery, carpets, hard flooring, tiling, fittings, fixtures, furnishings, tools and machinery.
We care a great deal about our clients so we are always happy to provide a consultancy before we begin our service. This ensures that we understand your needs and requirements and the fabric or surface we are working with. Many of our clients choose us as their trusted supplier to take care of any deep cleaning requirements across their home, vehicles and even business premises.

Our dry steam cleaning method uses only water to effectively clean and sanitise. With 135-degree steam, germs and bacteria are effectively destroyed without the need for harsh or abrasive chemicals

A typical car valet using a hose would require around 20-50 litres of water to clean the vehicle. Eco Steam would use 4-8 litres in total with the same clean results.
